We have formed a coalition to highlight the growing concerns of Ohio’s current Foster Care System. This coalition was formed after attending a conference where Senator Peggy Lehner spoke and had outlined some of the changes that would be forthcoming when Mike DeWine was elected Governor of Ohio. Our first coalition meeting was held in early October 2018, comprised of several current and former foster parents, concerned citizens, and input from local elected officials. There are many insufficiencies in the child welfare system, and kids deserve better! Every Kid Deserves a Voice!!
